Friendly, caring staff....my first choice for the best care...
Phone staff seems friendly enough, and cannot be held responsible for hospital billing policies, but 5 months of waiting for a <$50 overcharge to be resolved is pretty ridiculous. The clinic we used is now affiliated with the hospital and we probably won't be going back.
This was a great hospital. They took very good care of him which is more than I can say for Woodlawn hospital where he was at in morning before which did nothing for a child in severe pain. ER was great Nurses and Doctors were great. They were all informative and very caring. Thanks Memorial hospital and staff.
