this place is a living hell. the doctors and nurses and techs are rude, the foods disgusting, and there’s nothing to do all day. i was attacked by another patient while i was there and they didn’t do anything about it. i tried to call 911 and they sent the cops away and told me if i called 911 again they’d take my phone privileges away. i’d rather die than go back here. worst place ever to get help.
So far, I am grateful for the staff members - my child says he has been treated so well. He is able to socialize with other children. I do wish they had more activities to keep the children busy and out of their thoughts but other than that - this place is a blessing. The doctors are inclusive, caring, and communicative. They put in the work to get to the root of the issue if any. Unfortunately I can't say anything good about this hospital. They falsely billed the VA in my name. Even though I gave them my insurance card. Now the VA is threatening to garish my VA benefits. I have tried to clear this up since October of last year . This hospital has caused me more anxiety and depression than accident and assault that sent me there. Now Im faced with a 12000 bill, a federal debt and severe anxiety.
I went here as an adolescent the staff was pretty iffy some were amazing people while others truly did not care ( love you mama Keisha )
