Where do I even begin? I'd give this place negative stars if possible. This place is a horror show. I went voluntarily to keep my in home services and was mistreated the entire time I was there. I was denied my regular meds such as insulin and blood pressure meds, they offer no diabetic or other alternatives for meals/snacks, I had to beg for toiletries, was unable to sleep due to the heat being ridiculously high and they "check" on you every 15 minutes yet they let a woman that was in the day room overnight die while they w... read more
This place is full of liars, especially the administrator, Katie!! They couldn’t wait to get rid of my mom because she was such a handful. They even kept her prescription glasses and her dentures. They sent her home with severe dementia to no one when we begged them not to. Never discussed a care plan or after care with us. Please don’t send your love ones here. They did nothing to help our mom and they never told us what her diagnosis and treatment were. 🤬

Its literally disgusting that these people do not care at all about their patients. My dad is never going to be himself again the rest of the family and myself are already grieving him as it is even though hes right in front of us physically but mentally I will never get to have a real conversation with my dad again. Let that sink in! These people do not care about him! He is another chart to discharge, thats it! They dont even do that properly. I am so hurt and the family is devastated and all we want is help for him💔
I was a patient here and most of the nurse was nice and people have to remember most work 12-15 hours a day/night and the food was ok so don’t know what the fuss is about and this place really helped me get back on the right path and only reason not giving 5 stars is because the OWNERS ARE CHEAP and only care about money instead of human life’s.
