Just moved to the area and we picked this apartment without first seeing the area. Our location is tucked away and quiet. While parking is a bit of a problem you can usually find a spot if you're willing to put in the foot work to get to your unit. We have had timely response from the office and maintenance regarding our needs and on top of everything the front office was very friendly when we came back with our list after looking over the unit on the first day. We lived here for almost 5 years. It was a mold infested sty, from the windows to the bathroom walls from the very beginning. They did the classic "paint over everything" before we moved in. Our dryer broke and it took them 3 months to repair without any offered compensation. Take the listed rent price and add at least $400 extra for random added fees that will differ every month.
