DONT MOVE IN. My deck caught fire due to the state of the wood- the fire martial Basically called it a tinder box- and the office has done nothing about it. Online it says rent is cheap, but you pay their insurance and sewer costs, so after all the fees every month it’s above average.THERE IS NO PARKING FOR GUESTS OR TENETS-My car almost got towed when parked legally. They charge your for a Trash service that barely comes and leaves garbage everywhere. Which amounts to sooo many flies all over the property. Pool is nice, but... read more
