I gave 2 stars cause ppl in office are nice lived here 3 yrs I wouldn't recommend it alot of cars are parked that sit months and months half broke down window screens broke mostly care about yard they say se c urity where is it I go to work early my car was almost stolen bad area they give u a pass for parking or they tow u ok what about cars that have been there 3yrs with bad tabs we are leaving in dec they let this place run down they buy cheap crap my blinds break just by touching them they paint over mold
I personally believe that this is one of the best places to live. Enthrilled by the service delivery of the office staff (Vee) plus the mantainence team are awesome. I would highly recommend this community. Enlightened by its natural beauty along with safe and friendly members this is one of the best place to be.
I have been wanted to do this review for a long time but haven't done so as i was currently living there but now i can as i moved out. Me and my ex girlfriend moved in there during the month of May back in 2023 having just found this place where they were going a month free deal and everything was going fine. As a current resident, I'd say look elsewhere to live. This place nickle and dimes you for everything. You'll pay about 400 dollars in extra stuff you don't need. You'll also be double charged for water and sewer. You have to pay 20 bucks for a trash service that is more of a convenience thing and not a necessity as you can just take your trash to the dumpster yourself.
