Completely overpriced for a nightmare of a place. Constant security issues: cars stolen from parking lot, multiple break ins, and stolen items off porch. They say they have security that was never seen. Parking was is a nightmare. They overcharge for every little thing. Be ready not to receive security deposit: double charged utilities (that we had already paid & had to show receipts to get back) $140 cleaning fee for a clean apartment and $140 for a carpet clean fee for only a small bedroom bc the rest was hardwood floor (w... read more
Don’t move here ! The manager is very rude ! The townhomes are old they are cheap when it comes to do repairs. The townhomes have mold, ants, and roaches. Not worth it ! Almost 2900.00 I guess they are now managed by Greystar . If Greystar wants to up there money get rid of the manager and do all the townhomes of pest control. My friends moved out due to the roaches and the lack of the office responses. You try to speak to the manager she smiles and tries to talk down to you. Maintenance is horrible and the new Manager is the WORST ! She isn’t approachable and seen her speak to tenants she is very unprofessional. Hopefully Greystar finds a new person or there will be a lot of empty units. Greystar needs to revamp everything including the team.
