Things just keep getting worse. THEY TOWED OUR CAR FROM OUR PAID PARKING SPOT AND ONLY NOTIFIED US THAT SAME MORNING FROM AN UNKNOWN NUMBER.. AGAIN WE WORK NIGHTS.. AND DIDN'T GET THE CALL.. no text. No email. No notice on our door. nothing except unknown numbers with a random name of an employee.. which means they are calling from personal phones? why did they tow the car? . they res-striped parking lines.. only in that one area though. I wouldn’t even give them a star since Greystar took over they need to do a whole apartment renovations. Not to mention the new way to pay rent Bulit. Recent 30day notices for non payment but clearly shows a positive balance. As a former apartment manager I would go through to make sure if it’s legit before handing out to the property. The new property manager is very rude and not very helpful when it comes to her residents. I know as a former apartment manager I retired that residents come first. The leaf blowing at early hours is excessive. There's at least 3 outside my window almost daily at 740 am. Hard for people who work closing shifts. Highly unnecessary. No one cares about dead leafs. We do care about sleep.
