Jonathan responded to an after hours emergency we had and was super efficient, timely, reassuring and professional. Really appreciate his attitude and ability to simplify things for us in what felt like a high stress moment
DO NOT RENT HERE! There is never enough parking for residents no matter the time of day. Apartments don’t come with a parking spot, you have to pay extra for parking — and even then there are barely any spaces available to rent. On top of that, the grass areas are constantly covered in dog poop and management does not seem to keep up with it. Very disappointing experience overall. You’ll be paying $300 in bills plus rent!!!! If I had written this review a month ago, it would probably have been a 3* - this place is very average. Looking at the other recent reviews, it looks like I was lucky in getting my reserved parking spot. I can say that living by an active fire station means you get loud sirens daily. This is the only complex I've ever lived in that intentionally removed all outgoing mail slots to require residents to bring outgoing mail to the office to "prevent theft."
