There’s roaches here. Management doesn’t do shit. Don’t live here.
Lived here for years. Never missed rent. Never a complaint. But all you'll ever get here is trash around the property, cops constantly and the info the main office gives you about anything is about as useful as my back pain.
Stay far far far away. Nightmare apartments, everything about them. Name change and new management will not do anything about the problems, and I'm happy to get a 1 star on the board early to hopefully keep new lookers far away from this disaster.
Worst experience ever with Ms. Christine. My Son is stationed in Everett and lives in these apartments. I received a email from him yesterday saying that the apartments are undergoing some transitions and the app they usually uses is temporarily down because of the switches and management and ways to pay their rent and utilities however, I call the office on 8/4 A gentleman tells me that I need to call another number to try to make a payment to another third-party company.
