These guys were great to work with and it is clear customer service is number one to them. While staying at Carillon Beach, we rented bikes from them and they went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the rentals. When we had issues with one of the bikes, they were there within the hour to replace the bike with a new one and even switched out another bike because it didn't have a basket.
