I would give negative stars if I could. We as a family rented a place that is for memorial Day weekend 2021 and we were just informed by email that Stacy has canceled our reservation. We received a simple email stating we were receiving our money back and that the owners of the property are no longer listing the property with Stacy and Chris and have moved on to a different property management. Stacy and Chris Tuttel will not honor a contract you sign with them. We had to cancel shortly before our trip and they refused to relist the property so we could try and get some of our money back. It was a long-shot for the property to re-rent, but Chris didn't even bother trying. I left several messages with them, but they would never return my calls. They did respond to an email, but were very rude and defensive. He is holding us to our contract, but won't honor his end of the bargain. They took no responsibility fo... read more
