Have been going to Dr. Hopkins office since 1994. Have always had a good experience weather a teeth cleaning or a crown put in. Professional staff all the way around.
This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff are warm and caring. They use all the best and newest equipment. Dr. Hopkins is obviously very skilled at dentistry and people skills with staff and patients. This is the only office that mentioned Tooth Pockets!!!!
I called Linda at 7:45am about a cracked tooth. She got me in to see Dr. Hopkins by 8:15 and then set up an appointment for Dr. Singer to check my root canal at 9:00. Wow! What quick service, and that's not the first time that they have pulled off these last second wonders. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Quan for the first time and he was great.
Love being a patient at this office! I’m very much a dental phobia type patient and everything at this office addressed my needs. They have tv’s on the ceiling with nice head phones so you can listen without interruption. Everyone that I have ever dealt with are kind and treat each other nicely as well. Today I was in for the laser treatment, and already I can feel the difference in my gums! I can’t wait to go back and finish my treatment! Thank you!

Tell your staff to pay attention and stop confusing me with a patient of the same name. I have previously advised they were emailing the wrong person, and I received yet another email tonight. They are violating the HIPPA rights of this patient and irritating the snot out of me by ignoring my request to stop. Now stop!
