This was my first experience with an MRI ever, so of course I was nervous about the unknown! From the moment I walked into the doors until the moment I left, I never once felt as just a patient! Upon signing in I was asked if I'd like something to drink (coffee, water, etc) by an extremely friendly staff, snacks throughout the waiting room, and even warm greeting smiles as I was called back. I had a MRI on my shoulder today, and the experience was truly awesome! From the smiles I received when I walked through the door, to the upscale spa-like private undress/dressing room, the whole procedure was very comfortable! Absolutely loved it!
Top quality service withe the most modern scanner. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Friendly staff. No waiting and very well prepared.

The staff and the technicians at Beaches MRI are extremely helpful and accommodating. I am extremely claustrophobic and have undergone many MRIs with the experience at Beaches being the most pleasurable and being quickly performed. If you live in Jacksonville this facility should be your treatment of choice.
I've only had a bad experience with one representative there, and she makes me dread going. I'm sure she knows who she is. You're only as strong as your weakest.... Turned me away today after she Said I was scheduled for 7:15 when I was told 7:50. Oh, and the reason i had to come back today anyways is because they "missed" that my dr. Ordered 2 MRI's for two different things. How is that missed? Learn your job. She said, we can't do 2 in one day anyways. Not an apology, a justification. She's not a pleasant person.
