Made my MRI experience a comfortable one. I would definitely go to them for any and all MRI needs.
I was just refused my medical records by this place. I have had 3 fusions in the past, multiple mri's and ct's done and NEVER been denied access to my own medical records per HIPAA. I was told that I don't have the right to even a report, only my surgeon gets it who will go over the result with me. I would highly suggest using Precision Imaging( who have always supplied me with the report & cd), Beaches Baptist ( who have always supplied me with a report & cd). Very nice and professional staff ..... down to offering something to drink to the cookies they had out on the table ...
I felt I was in a day spa instead of having an MRI! The staff was welcoming and efficient. The waiting room had cookies on the table - candy dishes with chocolate candy and comfortable and spacious seating. And talking on cellphones is prohibited. Extra nice! There was even an aromatherapy diffuser with a very fragrant mist! The dressing room - I thought I was in a luxury hotel! Beautiful furniture, spacious restroom - not a cramped room at all. This was my frist time ever having a MRI,but the hold staff from the front desk and other staff was absolutely wonderful.thank God for people who love what thay do.thank you all
