This is one fine Dermatology practice!!! I have been going to this office for years and have always left smiling. From the second I walk in, the front staff greets me so kindly. All of the providers are caring and professional. Keep up the great work!!!!
Angie is a true professional with the knowledge and tools to do her job THE BEST. I wouldn't go anywhere else in this entire city! She is amazing.
Angie is so wonderful at what she does. Not only did she change my face for the so much better, but she fixed my Spock eyebrow from a previous Botox injection from a different facility. She thoroughly explains the procedures and what to expect. I feel like I hit the jackpot by finding her when I hear of some other Botox/filler horror stories. Color me blessed and thankful. :)
Don't believe them when they say they will call the day before. They use an automated service that doesn't leave a message (I specifically asked if they would call me) then charge you $ 175.00 for missing the appointment. They had no problem in calling me personally right away after I missed the appointment and informing me I owed them $ 175.00 !!!... I went back and checked. No call on my phone. I see they were working on a new computer system yesterday. Wonder if that is what happened ? I would bet on it ...
So helpful and willing to do the work to get to the root of the problem !!!
