Went to get some laser treatments and after quested a $100 deposit which was fine. It was gonna be 3 treatments at $200 each. So came to my first treatment and they wanted money so I paid for all treatments at one time which 600 minus 100 deposit I was gonna pay 500. They said I had to pay 600 and deposit would be credited back after last treatment which made no sense to me because I was paying upfront. I had an emergency situation before an out of town wedding and Beaches Dermatology was able to squeeze me in the day before I had to leave. Hector was my provider and after a thorough exam, was able to diagnose my condition, send the prescription right away and gave me assurances that my condition would be cured just in time! Hector is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is awesome as well! Would highly recommend Beaches and especially Hector for any dermatology issues! 5 star rating!!
Angie and Andrea are such great women and I love how they treat me and are so genuine! They are the reason I drive 30mins to Beaches Dermatology!!
Angie goes ABOVE and BEYOND in all she does to make you feel comfortable during your procedure. Angie is a skilled provider in dermatological care and I always feel she has my best interest at hand! Susan, her assistant is also very kind and helpful! Between the both of them they make you feel at ease and you have known them for years!
Such a through and comfortable annual exam. Quick and to the point. Julie Thomas took care of a concerning spot on my hand and I barely felt a thing. The entire staff is friendly and efficient and the office is welcoming and comfortable. I have recommended this practice to my family and friends. Seriously considering seeking out cosmetic procedures in the near future.
