Rich and his staff have always been kind to our family. Each and every one of us have been treated at Beach Care from a tore achilles to minor illnesses and we received wonderful care. I would recommend Beach Care to any family looking for a quality and caring family practice!
First of all the receptionist was great! Thank you for your help. But other than that, it was awful. I don't know who the doctor was that helped my 18 month old twins but I hope you never grab another child the way you grabbed my son. You had an attitude from the moment you walked in. One year olds cry. Get over it and try to be a little more compassionate. It's a good thing I was too overwhelmed with taking care of my sick and crying babies to punch your damn lights out. Not much of a wait considering I didn't have an appointment. My advice: get a written prescription. The PA was swamped and didn't send the script to my pharmacy until I called and asked about it-- two hours later.

It is unfortunate that it apparently was not explained to you that there were multiple patients already in rooms which were ahead of you. We regret that any of our patients have to wait, as we understand that your time is valuable. However, your total time in our office was 76 minutes from when you checked in until you were discharged.
