BEWARE if you are considering renting from Beachball Properties! We rented a cottage in the Beach Club Resort in Ft. Morgan, Al for 7 nights (it was just a few minute walk to the beach, had a private pool, and 2 bedrooms). We rented for the private pool with shade for our daughter who has severe Crohn’s and her meds require her to be in the shade. We rented a condo at the Phoenix V. Dishes were put away dirty in the cabinet. There were body fluids found on the sheet when we were trying to go to sleep. We called the hotline and nobody helped us. Nobody was available to bring new sheets or clean. Many things were found left from previous renters. When someone finally responded the next day we were basically told so sorry. The sink was clogged. There was a hole in the wall. If you use this company be prepared for no help or accommodation .
