BEWARE if you are considering renting from Beachball Properties! We rented a cottage in the Beach Club Resort in Ft. Morgan, Al for 7 nights (it was just a few minute walk to the beach, had a private pool, and 2 bedrooms). We rented for the private pool with shade for our daughter who has severe Crohn’s and her meds require her to be in the shade. We rented a condo at the Phoenix V. Dishes were put away dirty in the cabinet. There were body fluids found on the sheet when we were trying to go to sleep. We called the hotline and nobody helped us. Nobody was available to bring new sheets or clean. Many things were found left from previous renters. When someone finally responded the next day we were basically told so sorry. The sink was clogged. There was a hole in the wall. If you use this company be prepared for no help or accommodation . RecommendedBeachball Properties is the best. Excellent customer services. Due to the bad hurricane season and the damages caused by it our reservation was cancelled. They were so nice about it. Communicated with us in a timely manner and we were fully reimbursed in a record time. I highly recommend them. I will definitely rehire them for my next vacation.

We stayed at the Westside Paradise Lot L property and it was beautiful. The house is spacious with plenty of room and all the amenities of home. There is a nice water view from the balcony and a short walk to the beach along a walking trail. The décor gives a coastal beach feel throughout that is picturesque. Highly recommend booking this property through Beachball.
They were a joy to deal with. Our grandsons loved the location. We will be using again.
Stayed at Carbie resort in Orange beach Loved it... Very easy took, easy to find the office. Nice and very clean resort. The view was amazing. We will definitely be back next year.
I bought a condo at the Wharf back in July and starting using Beachball Properties. They have been great. They keep My condo rented on a regular basis and it’s always very clean. I highly recommend them.
