Scamming clients refers to company out of wewa who gives kickback money when nothing was wrong but clogged filter. Also wanted to jet out df which i found out was illegal.
James was wonderful. He drained the tank, helped level the drain line, and cleaned the drain field lines. The price was as quoted. Could not be more satisfied with this company. I lived in PCB for 16 years and this is truly one of the best service companies I have dealt with. Don't get suckered with Parker septic they quote one price and then bill three times what is expected.
James is extremely knowledgeable and has been in the business a very long time. I appreciated his time and explaining me step by step on the process. He was an honest man and told me how other companies may hoodwink me and told me how to look out for that. He is amazing and if I ever need a septic pump service again, I wouldn't hesitate calling Beach Deptoc tank service and requesting James! Thank you!
