get the wrong part from them then they tell you that you put it on wrong if they had a decent mechanic he would not be working on lawn mowers.Rude to customers i`ve been a mechanic longer than he`s been alive. Don`t go there or you will get ripped off. one star is way over rated!!!!!!!!
Mike took pressure washer to have it serviced. Was charged $49.49 & no oil change or plugs ETC was done, when he bought it home after 2 weeks???

I had to take a day off from work to go there and hold there hand, because I had to bring a lawm mower back, they said they fixed but did not, the skinny guy was very rude we told them to fix the mower but if it the transmission don't bother. bonnie told us it was the transmission pully, after she robbed us for 300]plus dollars it was the transmission.you haved been warned about this bussinees,take you mowers somewhere else.thats what they tell you anyway when they cant fix it and you r uot of your money
I've used them several just in 2016 alone. They were very helpful and got me the parts I needed. No complaints.
The previous reviews must have caught them on a bad day. I have been having them service my equipment for the last 6 years. They have been polite and have made helpful suggestions. They have even done some work for free. Unless you want to drive into town for repair/maintenance I suggest you try them for yourself and make your own conclusion.
Rude disrespectful know it all people that do anything but bill me on a tractor/mower I took somewhere else. Over charged me for work that didn't fix the mower. Asked for them to fix it and Bonnie told me to take it somewhere else that they didn't have time for it. Did not honor warranty after they got my moneyand very rude. I don't and will not ever recommend anybodyto this place
Beach Mower is contracted to a Major Hardware Center(for repairs) where I bought a riding lawn mower with a 3 year warranty in 2009. I called the store where I made my purchase and as explained they would call Beach Mower and I would get a call from them within 24 to 48 hours. After 8 days and no word from Beach Mower, I placed a call to them. I got as far as giving my name, when the lady cut me off saying "I know who you are.
