Thanks Matt in parts and service dept guys. I had a problem with my flush mount gas cap on the way to Bike Week... made calls to all dealers on my way.. Matt was ready to hook me up to keep my rolling but the service guys fixed it within minutes and kept Bike Week worry free.. Thanks BH HD
Chris and his crew in the service department are top-notch people. I was there for Myrtle Beach Bike Week they put me in front of the line since I was traveling and resolved a problem that three other Harley dealers from the southeast could not figure out. The owners Rick & Jan, the staff including service, accessories, clothing etc., will always assist you however they can. I can't explain how many times that they have all gone beyond my expectations to help me and other customers . Not many businesses that when the sign says service, they really mean it. #1 in my book!
