The staff is awesome and James in service is such a good person. For reasons I won't go into I have a lot to learn about my trike and he is so patient while explaining and/or pointing out what I'm doing wrong. I love Beach House Harley. Additionally, when we bought this so my husband could ride in spite of the damage in his leg, James and his staff literally spent hours going over everything and making sure he was comfortable on it. Nice staff.They gave me a fair trade in value on bike.Service personal seem to be knowledgeable and reasonable.I have had experience with Harley shops in CT,TN,MA,PA,AND NC. Beach House is right up there with one shop in Mechanicsburg,PA.
