Beautiful property however the staff is terrible...specifically Charles the director. He is not honest or caring about the needs of the residents. They feed you lies to get your money & get your family member in the door & once in they drop the ball. There's a lack of stimulating activities for the residents, the dining room food is subpar, & there have been complaints from a lot of the residents about the CNA's stealing. RecommendedI was totally impressed the moment I walked in the front door! The lobby looks like a Currier and Ives Christmas picture. Vanetta Brinson, Director of First Impressions, made me feel like a guest in her own home. I'll be coming back, again, for sure!
