I've lived in this building for nearly a decade, and without hesitation, I can say that Stephanie Canil has been the best property manager we've had. She's a fantastic communicator — always clear, prompt, and thorough — and she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that repairs get done and that tenants get building updates & information needed. What stands out most is her balance: she’s firm, yet always kind, respectful, and approachable. It’s a rare and refreshing combination. Thank you, Stephanie!

As an outsider looking in, I have observed many of their maintenance problems inside and outside of the apartments. Most of the saftey sidewalk lights are non functioning, their trash areas are littered with trash that only gets attended to around state inspection time. Many of the apartments have had water leak issues and the maintenance comes in and temporarily fixes the leak then never returns to do the necessary drywall repairs after the damage from the leaks. ROACH INFESTED APARTMENT COMPLEX. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK. I MOVED OUT AS SOON AS MY ONE YEAR LEASE WAS OVER. WE WERE KILLING ROACHES EVERYDAY AND ALL THE TENANTS HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH ROACHES FOR YEARS and also the property manager. SHE WILL NOT TEL YOU ABOUT THE ROACH PROBLEM WHEN YOU MOVE IN.

This company bought out a complex I lived in for 4yrs. And immediately evicted my family before they even completely took over. Along with every other black family that lived there. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU RENT FROM THEM. They treat people very very very badly and raise the rent to try to threaten people out of their homes. Roaches, Termites, Nasty Trash and Terrible Regional Supervisors! The managers who basically live rent free treat people like they are lesser than life!
