I live there, amazing environment, great schools. Quit neighborhood the park is right next to the complex with bbq grills. Police station is 2 minutes away. I've been living here 12 years. I have never had an issue. Yes this place doesn't tolerate loudness,parties,and rude people. So if you fall into that category please stay away. This is a quit peaceful neighborhood.
I recently called after an inquiry about an apartment. I received a call back from a lady named Mila, once she noticed I was a black man by the sound of my voice she immediately started telling me about a background check for felonies you needed to have a credit score 700+ plus and make three times the rent for this place. If anyone is there making three times the rent I would encourage you to leave this place. They'll find ways to discriminate even even if you don't have a criminal history like myself.
