By listening to the patient! I was turned away because I would not do procedures that my insurance wouldn't cover. I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic. I left their office with a tooth that needed to be extracted with an abscess underneath it. I guess its better to leave the infection and the tooth alone if the patient can't afford the 'extras'. Changing dentist!

Front office staff is excellent, always willing to accommodate scheduling problems. They work with my last minute cancellations with professionalism. The hygienists are awesome and I am grateful for the care and counsel I receive from the providers. Thanks again! You are wonderful, I recommend your office to all my friends
