I went in for a fairly simple issue but staff continually tried to upsell for other services. Understand you need to keep an eye on your skin health but they didn't even address the problem I had coming in. Plus they never even took my insurance information so I ended up paying out of pocket for a wasted visit (which I only realized after I left).
