Great teachers - Great Dancers – This was one of the best dance recitals I saw in 2011. So impressed with the show and the dance company that I am going to use the Beach Cities Dancers as the entertainment at a charity event this fall. Great dancers...keep up the good work
really good place I just started taking a class here and really like it. The teachers are solid and excellent dancers and I've been having a good time here, and learning a lot.
Best dance studio in the south bay! My daughter has danced at BCD since she was 5. 14 years later she still takes a class or two when on break from college. She has tried other studios, but this is where she gets the best training and is most at home. Anna has instilled an amazing work ethic that carries over into all areas of her life. I highly recommend this studio, especially for serious dancers.
Four Years and Still Going... My daughter has been coming to Beach Cities Dance since she was 3. Four years later, and she still loves it and wouldn't go anywhere else; it is very community-oriented, and after trying other studios, I think they deliver a personal and high standard of dance instruction. The instructors have been great, Anna in particular. The annual student shows at Redondo Performing Arts have been eye-poppers as far as kid-talent, costumes, and organization.
Wouldn't Send My Kids Anywhere Else!!! What a find!! A dance studio that genuinely cares about it's students and not just the $$. They are totally committed to providing a personalized experience for each dancer. Sheri is amazing and will even try to create classes to meet our needs and crazy schedules. Love Beach Cities Dance!!! We have had the best experience at Beach Cities Dance and adore the director, teachers and extremely accommodating office manager, Sheri, who always does her best to accommodate everyone. Our daughter has been there for 3 years and is loving every minute. She is truly inspired to do her best due to the positive environment and professional instruction.
"Dancing is my life" I joined BCD about 3 years ago and now my daughter has since joined and is in love with the studio, her teachers, especially the Director, and wants to take as many classes as possible! Powerfully Inspiring The quality of dance instruction here is unparalleled-- tons of amazingly talented teachers. The director is one of the most creative choreographers I've seen. They bend over backwards to find classes that fit your schedule, even going so far as to create new classes to suit your needs. The office manager goes above and beyond and is very helpful. My girls have loved BCD, and I hope they continue to dance with this school because it really is like a family.
Terrible dance studio for children This studio is total chaos and the dance director is horrible with children. My daughter was signed up for a class there and in 4 months there were 3 different teachers. They kept quitting because they were having "personality conflicts" with the director. Once I met the director I understood why since she is horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
