I think there's something wrong with their phone. I called, they told me to pay via venmo, I thought that was strange, but whatever. I asked them to tell me their venmo name, they sent me a phone number and not a name. I asked for the venmo name again, they didn't reply. They called my phone a bunch and told me I was "playing games" with them because I couldn't find their venmo with a random telephone number. Terrible customer service. I came here late at night wanting to surprise my partner with flowers for when she would wake up but the owner I would assume or whoever the person on site that day was so rude. The way she responds and talks to her customers, zero customer service skills and just wants money. After I decided that her attitude wasn't something I wanted to give money to and walked away and thanked her for her time.
