Dr. Allen was extremely disappointing as a therapist. Despite claiming to be an "expert" on obsessive disorders, he was unable to provide a single coping strategy for obsessive thought. I left our session 40 minutes early, which would have provided him ample time to ask questions or provide general coping mechanisms for obsessive thought, which any "expert" on obsessive behavior could have done.
