As the others have said, the extra long shipping delays and the lack of communication has made me regret ever placing an order with this company. Ordered on 4/12/21. It is now 5/7/21 and I am still being told the items are being “processed” with no additional details for when my items will even be shipped out. Ordered 3/20. It is now 5/5 and still have not received my product. I have reached out multiple times and still have not received a response. Worst customer service I have experienced in my 36 years of living. At this point I just would like a refund but looks like I will have to dispute with my bank because unfortunately no one will reach back out to me.

I received this product a few months back and barely used it. However, a week ago I noted a red glob in the night serum. I applied it to a white cloth and it looks like blood. I posted a video to their website demonstrating what it looks like and how it looks very similar to blood. (Hence it pending) meaning they scan posts filtering who and what can be seen. I am going to reach out to lawyers to see if I have been exposed to blood.

If i could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered my products on 3/1/2021, and have not received them as of 4/14/2021. I made contact with the company several times (3/14, 3/24, and 4/1) via chat and email. On 4/9, I finally requested a refund which was denied due to my order already being processed. I placed an other with this company and never received my order after a month. Reached out to the company and got that automated response. I requested a refund and received. Placed another order on 3/22/21 for good faith and still nothing. There are just positive comments because the company filter through and delete.

I ordered product/ the combination set along with the night serum, and it was horrible for my skin. I googled their return policy and it stated that if you send the package back within 15 days of receiving it, you can get your money back. We'll I reached out to the owner via ********* after getting the same messages through phone, and the lady on ** was very rude and not cooperative. She denied the return policy and completely ignored me. This company is definitely fraudulent scammers!

DO NOT bother purchasing anything through this company. They will keep your money and not send you anything. And forget trying to get ahold of someone regarding your order, you will just receive ******** automated responses. I would give a zero star rating if I could.

Like many other reviews, my product came pretty slow the first time but now it’s been over a month and I don’t even have a tracking number! I emailed them and of course I got the automated response. I reached out on social media and my comment was deleted and ignored. At this point I just want a refund but I know it won’t happen with this company.

No stars. Placed order over a month ago and still in Pre-Transit. They will not refund or cancel the order either. Keep contacting them and ****** voice # not picking up and "Mia" via their online messenger keeps feeding me the same lines about *** having to pick up for shipping
