Just finished my last bottles of this great product. I didnt have any issues and glad I purchased more however I need to find another company that has the same ingredients.

I absolutely loved be transcendent products. It has been the one product that has worked for my skin. Other than the length of time between ordering and receiving the products, I was a happy client. I am so upset that this company has gone out of business. I would love to continue using these products.
I placed my order a month ago and I have not received my package. I have ordered from Be Transcendent in past and I have always gotten my products. This time, I have not gotten anything nor am I able to get in contact with the company. The website is gone. Their email address is deactivated, so I can't even contact their customer service. Ordered in Septembre,never got my product and they are no longer responding to my emails. I di not expect they will ever deliver. They looked like a great black owned compagny!
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a faithful customer to this black owned business and although there were some issues with shipping - nothing like this. **************** is TERRIBLE!!! Me trying to support a black business not once but TWICE was all on me. This company is very unprofessional! They dont answer emails, they are not prompt with mailing your order. I waited 2 months both times for my domestic order ****. Very bad customer service. Its been over 5 weeks since I placed my order. Ive tried contacting via email, suggested chat on website, Instagram for owner and company (in which it shows they the message was read, but no has responded yet), and even calling. I havent received any follow up. Now Im just trying to get a refund at this point.
