If I could give this “company” no stars I would. I ordered my product $63 on May 16th it is now June 14th and still nothing. I have reached out to this “company” on numerous occasions only when I made a comment on this “company” ********* did they reach out via my *********. I asked for a refund and this “company” said that they don’t do refunds if the product is in processing, when their policy CLEARLY states no refund if the product has shipped. I received an email from *** with tracking number but no product. I emailed the company customer service and was informed that there is a back order but was told to put in order number to check status. The product order number given doesnt exist. At this point I just want a refund.

I placed an order on 5/18 with the only available shipping option being “3-5 business days”. The confirmation email stated there was a 3-4 business day delay with processing. My first issue is that information about delays should be stated on their site so customers can decide whether or not they’d still like to place an order. Excluding Memorial Day, 6/1 made 9 business days, which is the maximum amount of days it should have taken for my items to be shipped (5 business days max per the shipping option + 4 ADDITIONAL busine... read more

I placed my order back in April. Still waiting for product to be sent to UPS. They created a label to avoid giving a refund, but still hasn't shipped the product.

I really wanted to love this company, but my experience was terrible. The customer service was one of the worst I've received in a long time. It took over a month to ship my order and when I reached out to get a status update I was ignored and my comments deleted from social media. I ended up filing a dispute with ****** (it was resolved in my favor). The craziest thing is about an hour after I filed the dispute they created a shipping label. I placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received my products. I asked that they send me tracking to avoid a complaint being filed with the BBB of NY and CA as well as with the state of California. So they created the *** label but that was the only action taken 2 weeks after the case; the label was the only thing done. I requested a full refund and still no response. So now I'm filing a complaint with all of the above agencies. I wanted to give them a zero because I believer they are a con game.
