My mother passed away 2 1/2 years ago. I called at that time to cancel the service. Out of the blue I get a bill in the mail with her name on it (2 1/2 years - no bills). I tried to call and dispute it and they wouldn't allow me to cancel it (AGAIN) because I'm not on the account and now I get sales calls daily saying that they see I was interested in their service. Terrible!

Very unimpressed with the customer service. Have called once a month for the last 8 months and was told someone would call me back and to this day no-one has tried to reach out.

Stellar customer service! We have been using Be Safer At Home (via Elder Services for my dad) for a few years and recently had them stop by for an equipment replacement / upgrade. From the initial phone call to the home visit, everything was fast, efficient and professional. David, in the office, and Lori, their home rep, were super friendly. You can tell they love their jobs. I highly recommend Be Safer at Home to keep your loved ones safe and independent. Highly recommended.

It’s UNBELIEVABLE that I can not get a hold of someone regarding my father on a WEEKEND! How the heck are they closed on weekends! No customer service that covers! My father fell twice and I never received a call and now he is in the hospital in bad shape and I can’t get a hold of no one on this service! Makes me sick

We received this through an elder service for our Momma. The biggest problem was they couldn't hear us even just testing her button monthly. A few weeks ago while testing I was told to move it so the connection was more clear. It was okay with the dispatcher as being clear on hearing and signal. On 9/26/22 our Momma became ill, unconscious and vomiting in her recliner. I pushed her button and the dispatcher kept saying she couldn't hear me.
