I called ahead to see if I could get one acrylic finger nail repaired and they told me to come in. I sat and waited for over an hour after they brought me back to a table. When I got up to find out why I hadn’t been helped yet they told me they thought I’d left. I explained that I had been called back and still had not been helped. At the end of all of this they asked me to come back tomorrow. Newsflash, I’m never coming back to the salon. I was ignored and forgotten.
We decided to give this place a second chance and were disappointed again. The employees are unwelcoming and didn’t smile or greet anyone when they walked in. We came in for 2 pedicures but sat in the chairs for 45 minutes with no service. None of the employees acknowledged us except to put a small amount of water into our basins and it turned ice cold by the time we left. I definitely don’t recommend.

very friendly and professional. The salon is very clean.
I’ve been going here since I was 16 and I’m now about to be 24. I always go to the same girl Cindy, she does a very good job every time I come in and usually never have to wait to be taken care of because I make an appointment. I always recommend people my family, friends, coworkers, etc. to go there and ask for her. There’s a few others that work there that’ll I’ll go to if she isn’t there. And the manager is great he is always accommodating if I do come back in and need a nail or toe fixed which is hardly ever that I have ... read more
Waited an hour and watched as multiple who walked in after me were provided services while I sat there with cold water. Poor service. Will never be back!
5 of us went for a pedicure, all of us had A wonderful experience and will be back again.
