I usually love this place and go every four weeks. I went today and did not have a pleasant experience. I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel this should be known after I tried calling twice and can not get an answer. I was cut today twiceby the nail file my tech used. I asked if they throw the files out and always use knew ones and she told me no!!!! She also told me they don’t always clean them because they only file the top of the nail... but I was cut on the sides!!! I’m totally freaking out and left with worry ! Don’t... read more
