Bertha was great. After arm surgery, I wanted a simple braided updo that would stay for a few days, but every salon that I called said that their stylists don't know how to braid (!!!!!). Bertha was more than willing to work with me to make sure my hair looked nice and stayed safe and out of the way while I recovered. She listened very attentively to what I was looking for and delivered.

This is a really unfortunate review. Bertha's the salon owner and an experienced stylist. Unfortunately, the cut I got from her was not at all the cut I asked for. I asked for layers all around, but strangely, only the sides were layered. Unfortunately, the back of the hair isn't even. I'll need to go get a corrective cut somewhere else. This was a disappointing service and just not the cut I asked for at all.
