Be Crossfit has some of the best programming I've seen. They incorporate a variety of movements into workouts, and don't heavily favor any type of training. You'll definitely receive a well rounded workout and reach your goals. The coaches are experienced and knowledgeable. Regardless of if you're going in brand new or with experience, they meet you where you are. Highly recommend for anyone trying to better their health and push themselves as an athlete! My husband and I are members at Crossfit Glendale in NY, but when we visit his parents in FL each year, we drop in for a WOD at Be Crossfit. Everyone is always so welcoming and it's always an awesome experience.

I started crossfit at be crossfit and loved it ever since. The coaches are all awesome and do everything they can to elevate your fitness. Whether new to crossfit or experienced this box is the place to be. I've loved every second of my crossfit experience thanks to the coaches, tight community, and very well maintained equipment!
