I have been here my last three visits to Florida, each about a week. Nice group of people, excellent coaching.
Best CrossFit gym around (in my opinion). I've made such progress since I've switched here. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, always coaching and critiqueing form, motivating, and are CF athletes themselves. This, along with the great members make this an awesome environment to grow. They are not the closest location for me, in fact I pass several other boxes on my way here here, but they are just soooo good I can't go anywhere else.
Great facility and team. They made me feel like it was my home box while traveling. Knowledgeable coach who truly gave clear instructions to allow me to PR on a very weak point in my training. I know the pointers will only allow for continued growth. If you're with 30 miles you MUST visit them! Thank you!!!
My husband and I dropped in while on vacation. Very welcoming, great workout, clean, and will be back.

Dropped in while I was visiting family in Stuart over the Thanksgiving weekend and had 2 awesome partner WODs to burn off the holiday meals. Travis and the whole Be Crossfit community are all great people, and put together challenging but fun workouts. Would absolutely come back next time I'm in town.
