Friendly coaches and athletes! My favorite gym to go to when I'm visiting FL
So, my girlfriend and I are visiting her parents down here in Stuart for our spring break from Ohio State. We looked up Crossfit Epidemic first but they shut down for half the day which was a letdown. So we checked Be Crossfit out. Now, in all honesty, I don't think I've ever met nicer crossfit coaches in my life. These guys are really involved and helpful. There gym has a nice home feel too it. It was a great box i had a alot of fun there and they had great programming. There coaches were great guys we did the comp training with them all week. Definitely headed back to Be Crossfit next time I'm in the area!
What a pleasure to workout at Be Crossfit. Tons of support from coaches and fellow athletes. Coaches push you hard but are always there to refine techniques and cheer you on. Thanks for a great experience. I'll be back next year!
I had the pleasure of dropping in to complete 15.1 this year. The coaches and members welcomed and made me feel at home. The provided solid guidance and much appreciated cheering to get me thru the work!
