As an employee creditor, I requested access to the full signed Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA). Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no meaningful response when I asked for the full document. This lack of transparency and disregard is unacceptable. If you value professionalism, accountability and basic communication, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I called to make an appointment and explain my situation because I was completely lost and didn't know what to do in an emergency. During the call, I felt like rocks were hitting my face. She was so upset about my case, showed no empathy, and started to judge me. She hung up on me, which almost made me cry. When you open up and start talking in such a vulnerable situation, you hope the person will help, but that didn't happen for me.
