Can't say enough positive things about BDL. Came home to no heat in recent extreme cold snap. Put a call into BDL. Within minutes a technician called me back and came out. He figured put the problem and with 36 hours he had the necessary part and came at 6:30 in the morningto install it to fit into my schedule and to ensure I would have heat on a bitter cold day. I can't say enough about BDL. I woke up one frigid morning, no heat ~ I called BDL and I got an immediate response (even though it was 6:00am!). They had a tech out that same morning who got our heat working again. Then we received a follow up phone call from Josh the operations manager to make sure we were satisfied with our service. Great work, great customer service. Great Company.
BDL and their technician Nick Macki are absolutely the best in this area. If you haven't had your heating system serviced for the winter, call BDL. They are reasonably priced and have a great service contract package for Fall and Spring service.
