I would give BDL a 5 star rating. This morning technician Adam came to my home. The central air on the second floor would not stay running or cooling. First floor unit was not as cold as it had once been. Adam listened to all my concerns before he started troubleshooting the units. Unfortunately the upstairs unit is nearing it’s end. I can leave a solid 5-star review because my experience was with about six people the entire way through. I scheduled an assessment for the replacement of a whole-house AC and a new basement mini-split. Ryan came out to our house, answered all our questions & was extremely personable. I just shared this post on a Sharon residents only private FB page... I can not recommend BDL heating and Cooling Enough!!! Speak to Josh or Brian. 508-643-5114. I just had them put in 3 zones of AC and Heat. I used an integrated system using heat pump together with my oil furnace. Propane is less effective so you will benefit greatly from an integrated system. It gives you larger rebates as well. The other two zones I added were heat pump ducted Mitsubishi with hyper-heat. We have used this company a couple of times. Last year for maintenance and then our central air stopped working this past Saturday. I waited to call until Monday morning. They were fantastic and had a tech named Adam here in the afternoon. He was professional and knowledgeable. He got our system back up and working in no time. I am very pleased with this company.

Last summer as I was about to leave on vacation for Fourth of July week, our central air stopped working. I was very fortunate that my plumber recommended BDL. They came out right away and got the AC up and running . Fast forward to October and my furnace wouldn’t work! I called BDL again and they came right out. Turns out we needed a new furnace.
