I have Cinch home insurance and this is the business that they recommended . My water heater was messing up Cinch did everything for me. BDA Sales were fast, reliable, responsive, easy to talk to that I was impressed. They got my water heater approved in one day. I read the other reviews and it was the opposite. Joel was super professional, he even gave me tips on how to maintain my water heater.
The technician was very professional! The technician worked diligently with regard to my toilet and faucet issues.
Blanca was a total lifesaver , so Blanca is her contractor these warranties use what people done know Blanca fights to get our claims approved. The warranty companies try not to pay the claim we waited about two month to get fixed but Blanca diligently worked with us and communicated the issues between the warranty and our repair. Blanca is not the warranty nor the tech she is the bridge between them both.
Blanca has horrible customer service skills. Rude, not willing to help; but technicians did a good job trying to get things moving along. Was working with our warranty provider and nothing got accomplished. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
Opened a home warranty ticket to replace or repair a ceiling fan. I canceled the ticket because they wanted to replace the fan with a new one when all it needed was a new receiver. Canceled the ticket with the home warranty but they will not refund my $125 deductible because "supposedly" they made a service call to inspect my fan. They never came to my house to inspect the fan.
