I had several questions about the process, and she answered each one thoroughly without making me feel rushed. It’s not always easy dealing with collections, but they made it a smooth and respectful experience!

It could have been much much worse.. I got sued, and they still allowed me to make payments. I guess I should be thankful for that regardless of how i feel about the validity of the bill. I am however, very glad its over.
No one is exactly enthusiastic or joyful when one has to pay an unpaid debt and especially when the bill itself has gone to a collection agency, BUT i had the pleasure of interacting with a kind person named Izzy who was very helpful and friendly, patient and kind.
