Don't rent from BCK Rentals. There are plenty of other places in town for reasonable prices that you could rent from. I have heard of instances in which Tom Wiley the scumlord in charge of this company has raised rental prices for no good reason and without proper notification, allowed tenants to live in inhumane conditions such as without running water, destroy video surveillance which would result in the acquittal of criminal charges because he stood to profit, as well as facilitate the murder of a renters beloved pet. Just got to the apartment to move my daughter in. The place is unlivable, currently at a hotel. Mold all over the shower, filthy toilets that should be replaced. The kitchen is covered in food and bugs, yay, welcome to your $600 a month (per bedroom) hell hole!!! Wish I could upload photos IMG_8392.JPG IMG_8383.JPG
