Buying a vehicle from online should be safe and transparent. My last 2 vehicles purchased online were not that at all. The first purchase was a 2008 BMW hardtop convertible in January 2016 to a dealer in south Miami who said the car was perfect! Turns out the battery was dead, the hardtop did not operate and the vehicle had been in a serious accident! He helled the vehicle for 15 days before releasing claiming he was fixing the roof. The BEST used car shopping experience Ive had yet. Giovany is very professional and transparent with every part of the transaction. Great customer service and staff support. He got me insured on a BMW for WAY less than all other companies were quoting. Pretty easy in and out with financing and all.
