KAT IS AMAZING! I don’t know about anyone else or the reviews I saw, but I’m PICKY and she is hands down a nail saver!!! She really took her time with my cuticles, focused on the health of my natural nails, and didn’t rush anything. That meant everything to me because I care about what’s actually mine. She’s also super personable and real. Every time I go there, any type of gel nail that I get, even builders gel, lifts by 7 days. It should not lift that soon.
Got serviced today at this location. They used a dremel with a USED sanding drill bit that was obviously not clean, new or sanitized for the callus removal. (that drill bit was atrocious).Yet on the menu, on the bottom, it says all items are sanitized. I was the only one in the salon by the middle of my service. They didn't get my entire nail on several fingers for the regular manicure. Service was lazy. My premium pedicure with callus removal service lasted 12 minutes. My regular manicure lasted longer. Not sure what they use for gel but it completely ruined my nails... it has been more than a month and my nails still cannot grow healthy. Not even the money back can make up for this painful, horrible experience. Don't do this to people. Zero stars if I could.
I was a walk in spur of the moment decision to get a manicure done while waiting for my son to finish another appointment. They took me in right away and Tina helped me with a smile and care. First time here and if I need another manicure, I would come back to Tina! She was conversational and polite and made sure I was happy with the service I requested. Thank you!
