Cam Smith- I used to work at this bc pizza and can confirm many of the complaints of bc pizza, the manager's wife often visited the store, bossed around employees, and let her young boys run around the kitchen unsupervised. The owners were very profit concerned, but didnt own a computer for the cash register, but one to play solitaire in the back while the non family people worked. I am using my real name and not hiding behind a made up name like the individual that gave one star and chastised the business. In my experience, which have been many, the ownership and staff have been great. Nice people that know how to make great pizza at a very reasonable price. I do not know what happened in the case of the lady, hiding behind her fake name, but I find it extremely difficult to believe, and think she probably just wanted to pay as little as is possible. To sum up, great pizza and great people. Period
I will never eat at this establishment again. The management treatment towards me and their employee was unjust. The management publicly ridiculed her staff member in front of me and the entire restaurant. I had bought a 1/2 deal of this establishment and when I called in to use it I got a very friendly staff member he took my regular order and then informed me that I would have to pay more because what I typically order is a special. We love the pizza at all the BC's - and they are moderately priced. It's also easy to find coupons for buy one get one. Great pizza.
