Please do not go to these people for a soak off they ripped my acrylic nails off instead and in the process ripped my natural nails off and tried to glue back the chunk of nail she ripped off when I called to ask for a refund they refused the man that answered acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I had just been there 10 minutes ago and he helped me
I asked for a simple manicure with regular polish. I did have some gel polish on my nails and needed a simple removal. The man was so rough with my nails. I don’t know what his problem was. My nails were soaked in a dirty bowl and filed so bad it burned. I know it’s on me for not saying anything at the time but the worst experience I have ever had.
