BC Gutter happened to give the lowest quote. But I do not decide entirely on cost and that is why I get 3 estimates. I get a feel for the kind of people I will be dealing with. Of the three, BC Gutter gave me a quote and no pressure. Bryan actually encouraged me to meet with other companies to compare. The other two companies gave me initial quotes.
