This is a world class facility with specialists all working on one medical issue. I've never seen so many kind, loving caring, professional doctors, nurses and oncologists in one place. They are really commited to helping people and go out of their way to address patients' needs on many levels. It's an astounding place from reception up. I can't say how amazed I am at their incredible understanding, compassion, medical knowledge and care.

I’m fortunate to live close by and my treatments were early and hopefully successful. I’m not happy with communications. So many repetitive instructions when I was trying to get details of an appointment left on my voicemail. Difficult to talk to anyone unless you went in person. The appointments team could maybe have someone answer the phone? Immediate concerns are impossible to resolve. That’s it- otherwise the whole clinic are a dedicated team.

Trying to get information from a real person by phone is near impossible and very frustrating!!

I have no complaints really, some glitch’s but nothing worth the complaint. Satisfied with the team, grateful to be alive. Still have my faith in God above and the people He puts in my path.
