So this weekend I gave my bank a 4 star rating, but I got our issue settled in a matter of minutes with their telephone fraud department. FANTASTIC customer service! � Everyone has been spectacular. I have banked with Huge banks, small hometown banks, & BBVA Compass. Compass is by far the best. I will never bank with another bank. Thank you guys so much for being so AMAZING!

Just keep your money under your mattress, this is the worst customer service ever shitty and online service sucks crappy bank
Worse credit card company ever! They won't credit fraudulent charges! Then they charge you late fees and service charges if you refuse to pay what you don't owe. I have been dealing with a foreign person since October and it is still not corrected. They told me tonight it will be February before the issued "may be" resolved. In the meantime, my great credit is being compromised because of their "Late fee" charges on an amount I disputed. I'm furious!
