It's been almost 2 years since I last went to BB's. The food is good, prices fair and customers are friendly. The jam was bit disappointing. It lacked energy. Mama Ray continues hosting and her voice is amazing. If there were more blues vs jazz, it would have been 5 stars for me.

I love the spicy sauce, my pulled pork sandwich was just the right amount of greasy, and there was good live blues. Plus original Coors!
We found this place online as we were passing through Kansas City in a violent thunderstorm. My first taste of real Kansas City BBQ and it was incredible. BB's has great atmosphere, great food and great live music.
This sauce and the ribs are some of the best around! I go here every time I am in KC!
