What a Nightmare! They charged me more than what I was quoted by a technician via telephone after the work was already done. No one could provide answers on why there was a price difference between what I was quoted and what I was charged. A new hard drive in a laptop should not have cost $239! $35.00 Diagnostic fee, $64 for the hard drive, and $140 in labor (which did NOT include installing windows & all the drivers) So what was all included in that labor cost other than swapping out the hard drive??
