What a unique and awesome place. I don't miss eating animals, however I have emotional memories in tastes and smells. Childhood memories. I love that I can experience those in a kind and loving way. No one has to suffer or lose their life. Thank you BBQ Revolution! Good food. Tastes great. Feels great!
I visited BBQ Revolution for the first time during their Fat Tuesday celebration. Everything I tried was delicious! My favorite (and the favorite of our group) was the blackened tempeh po' boy. The mac 'n cheese and Cajun chicken sandwich were also great. Pastries from Zucchini Kill Bakery were super tasty. I can't wait to come back! The only downside is that it's just a food trailer with no seating. The wonderful folks at Fleet Coffee let us sit on their patio, though. Hopefully one day y'all will have a full restaurant!

My first stop every time a visit. The smoked tempeh "ribs" are fantastic and the sides are heavenly.
Got here at 4:11 and waited until 4:24 and you weren't open. In fact I don't even think food prep was even done since I saw one of your employees go into the truck with some boxes. Drove from the Dallas area so my wife could try your place out, severely disappointed by you not being open during your business hours. Even called your number and no answer.
First time I had BBQ since transitioning vegan. Would def go again!
